MEDITATION FOR SUCCESS  

Exploring the optimum exercises for success - we share a mix of techniques to help appeal to a range of personality types and individual needs.  We work with you to discover the stories, anxieties and concerns that are distracting your team from optimum productivity and help you write a new success story for your business.

WALKING MEDITATIONS

Mindfulness meditation can take many forms . Walking meditations and those involving mindful movement help get your body and mind working gently and safely to better 'tune in' to what's happening for you, and rapidly find a place of calm. These workshops teach you how to stop time travelling when you walk or exercise and become more present - so you are not caught in worries about the future or anxieties about the past. Conducted both inside and out - from your office space and every-day locations to show you how to find a place of 'magic' practically anywhere - these classes aim to inspire, motivate and relax you.

60 MINUTE MINI - BREAK

A playful and social introduction to mindfulness meditation that can be part of team building, training or a 'reboot' to bring focus and clarity at a busy time.  You can run this over breakfast or a lunch hour and even make food part of the experience so your time is optimised for impact.

BREATH AND CALM

Breathing exercises are the foundation of many forms of meditation and relaxation and sometimes known as sensory grounding techniques. You'll be amazed to discover what a difference it makes to spend sometime becoming aware of something we do so naturally and without thinking. Taking time to breathe and focus on the act, reassures the body that this space is safe, you get taken away from the anxiety of ' survival mode' and the brain literally settles and calms - in this calmer state we can focus, respond to challenges in a more considered fashion and are helped to flourish. 

Every class we run includes some breathing exercises to help you explore this technique - and look out for particular workshops focusing in detail on your breath.

RELAX MORE STRESS LESS

We live in a fast paced world, where expectations on us from tiny tots to mature citizens is high and fraught with stress. Stress is estimated to cost the UK alone over £4billion loss to the economy and an average of 23 days off sick a year per person. It is a trigger for mental illness - now being diagnosed in children as young as 6 - and seen to impact health and life expectancy of us all.

Learning to relax more, isn't about switching off completely - it's about taking us to a point of optimal performance for our health and well-being - moving from 'flight or fight' mode to a sense of calm from which you are poised to act.

That said, we can help take you from a place of high stress to help you 'get away from it all' using the power of your own mind - we can teach you techniques to help you get a better night's sleep, focus and achieve more and be happier.

DAILY TIPS TO EMBED IN TO YOUR LIFE

Finding it hard to find time to meditate or be mindful? BalanceTime daily tips help you to take micro moments of calm throughout your day and introduce quick and easy ways to breathe calm into your daily routine and see the difference this can make to your day.

You can find our daily tips for free by following us on Facebook.  Every corporate meditation class booked  is offered bespoke daily tips to be emailed direct to your staff for a set period to help find mini moments of calm every day.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

For individuals grappling with high levels of stress for a range of reasons - one-to-one intervention can help both them and their wider team. Teaching a range of techniques, one-to-one meditation coaching can be offered to help specific problems like anxiety, trouble sleeping or aggression at work.  

You can focus on the exercises that you find most comfortable (or you may choose to work on more challenging exercises to shift bad habits or negative thoughts). One-to-one meditation coaching offers this support in  safe, comfortable and confidential environment – where you can ask questions and get answers specific to your challenges.  Face-to-face or remotely using a range of online options.

LUNCH TIME CHILL

This workshop series helps you take the ultimate 'power nap' in the middle of your day - to help you refocus for the afternoon and enjoy switching off for 45 to 60 minutes. Described by some of our customers as ' a massage for the mind' this small group workshop helps you discover ways to 'reboot' and find more energy for the rest of the day.

We also offer remote sessions on a one-to-one basis by skype or Facetime - that give you a tailored meditation experience virtually anywhere for as little as 20 minutes.
