I still work (part-time) in PR and juggle life with a young family. Most of the time, I genuinely I love the pressure and varying demands. Balancing this with the therapeutic teaching of meditation, is a wonderful way for me to keep in tune with the 'normal' pressures of everyday life and apply my own meditation practices to help with greater harmony. Judy is a Wellbeing, Communications and Events Consultant and BSOM accredited Mindfulness Meditation Trainer with over 17 years’ experience including formal certifications in marketing, PR, and meditation. She combines mindfulness meditation tools with practical applications to trigger creativity, boost focus and as an aid to reduce stress and induce relaxation.
She trained in reiki in 2018, gaining master status in 2020 and is also a shamanic practitioner.
