Days for You
You are invited to enjoy wonderful retreat days that form the perfect alternative to the spa day, where you get to keep your clothes on and expand and inspire your mind while soothing your spirit.
All of the days explore soothing meditations with added extras to help you to untap true wellbeing and return reconnected to your own inner magic.
2022 retreat days explore beautiful healing themes:
Remember:
Honour grief in all its forms through space for you to be held, heard and supported. Remembering loved ones, broken relationships and helping you to be held in a space of remembrance and connection. A transformative and powerful day.
Soothe:
Be soothed with the power of scent and sound - exploring meditation, aromatherapy and sound healing with partners Heather Parker, Tracey Harris, Lesley Snelling and Sarah Bromham.
Deep Roots:
Ground yourself away from worry and fear through reconnection to the elements and connection to deep shamanic themes and anchors of the Celtic wheel, elements, sun and moon magic.
Balance:
Uplifting exploration of meditation and gentle restorative yoga
Mindful Adventures:
Fun outside in the woods and in shelters in the woodland, exploring ways to restore calm and wonder in your life. Suitable for families.
Magic in the woods:
Overnight retreat with camping (or stay at nearby B&B) restoring a sense of delight to your heart and peace to your mind.

What is reiki?
Reiki is a way of activating, directing and applying natural energy for the promotion of health, healing, balance and wholeness. The practitioner uses light touch to the head and shoulders and feet in order to induce a deep sense of relaxation, which aims to aid the body’s natural ability to rest and heal.
Coupled with BalanceTime’s mix of soothing meditation techniques, reiki meditation offers a very magical, calming, re-balancing and relaxed experience.
Our next reiki meditation experience is included in the morning of the Yule Approach retreat on Friday 10th December - more info here
