As part of Clearswifts Health and Well-being programme we engaged with Judy to come to our HQ and run two Mindfulness sessions. She worked with us to identify different ways of providing mindfulness sessions that would benefit a contrast of different needs employees had and helped pull together some fabulous and very professional promotional write up's and posters. The mindfulness sessions were delivered very professionally and gave employees a good insight to the benefits of mindfulness. The feedback from our employees was extremely positive and we will continue to sustain a relationship with Judy to run courses in the future.
