Exploring your fear through meditation to help you conquer it

There is no doubt we are living in strange and fearful times.
But our fear can weigh us down or it can free us. Meditation helps you spend time with your fear, without being so afraid of it and you will surprise yourself just what this quiet contemplation can share.

Here is a poem and meditation to help you explore these feelings and rise up safely.

Do not give in to fear and doubt.
Sit with your fear and know
That you are safe
and you are well.
All will be well
All is well in the fragile beauty of this moment.
You are not your fears.
Be with them - invite them in to take your hand in theirs.
Be with your grief
Be with your sadness.
Breathe into the weight and the waves of your raw emotion.
Breathe with love in your belly
Breathe with hope in your heart
Breathe with kindness in your mind.
Let your fear be transformed by love.
You are enough
You, beautiful one, in this moment are so much more than enough
Let your love and hope shine like a beacon of light in the darkness.
See your inner light and how the love within you dissolves your fear.
